Cudjoe Key is “Upper End” for the most part but not as expensive as Summerland. Most of the houses on Cudjoe are on the Atlantic side. There is one small section of canal lot houses on the Gulf side and a few smaller mobile home rental parks. The houses on the Gulf side range from $400,000 to $500,000 for the dry lot houses to anywhere in between $700,000 to $1,500,000 for the canal homes. The Atlantic side is about 90% canal and open water homes with a small handful of dry lot homes. There is also a resort-style gated mobile home community with all the amenities you would expect from a luxury community.
